D. WORK ORGANISATION, FIRST DAY & LOCAL RULES
Accommodation and Quiet Hours
-
Quiet hours in company lodging apply from 22:00–06:00. Please note the project may operate a night shift; therefore, keep noise to a minimum during daytime as well.
-
Prohibited: noise, loud music, parties, admitting unauthorized guests, consuming alcohol, smoking outside designated areas.
-
Violations may result in: a warning, charges for incurred costs, demobilization and/or termination — in accordance with Chapter M.
-
First day: you must report to the client’s Formann/Foreman and contact the DAP coordinator (phone/SMS).
-
You must independently review the shipyard, canteen, and accommodation rules — available on site and on the shipyard’s website.
-
Observe working time, breaks, and rest (arbeidstid/hviletid); overtime only with supervisor/client approval.
E. TRANSPORT, FLIGHTS & FAILURE TO REPORT FOR WORK

-
Purpose: vehicles are for shipyard ↔ shop trips only.
-
Any other use (e.g., doctor, authorities, Skatteetaten, NAV) requires prior notification and approval from the office.

-
No transporting persons outside DAP Solution AS,

No smoking,

A company car is a privilege. Violations lead to disciplinary measures (loss of car access, charging cleaning/damage costs, and for severe cases, termination).

All items must be returned to the issuing point at project/end of assignment.
