CODE OF CONDUCT

Introduction
At DAP Solution AS, we are committed to responsible business practices, integrity, and respect for human rights, both within our operations and throughout our supply chain. This Code of Conduct reflects our core values and the expectations we place on ourselves, our employees, suppliers, and business partners.
We aim to ensure compliance with Norwegian laws and regulations, as well as internationally recognized standards such as those from the United Nations and the International Labour Organization (ILO). Our Code of Conduct is a living document and a foundation for ethical, fair, and sustainable business conduct.
1. Compliance and Governance

We comply with all applicable national and international laws, including labor, health & safety, environmental and anti-corruption regulations.

All suppliers and partners must be prepared to document compliance at DAP Solution’s request through self-declarations, audits or on-site inspections.

In case of a breach, corrective actions shall be initiated promptly. Termination of cooperation will be considered only if breaches remain unresolved.
2. Human Rights and Labor Standards
2.1 Forced and Child Labour

No form of forced, bonded or involuntary labor is tolerated.

Child labor is strictly prohibited in accordance with ILO Convention No. 138. Workers must be at least 16 years old or meet the national minimum, whichever is higher.
2.2 Freedom of Association

All workers have the right to form and join trade unions and engage in collective bargaining without fear of retaliation.
2.3 Equal Opportunities

We promote diversity and inclusion. Discrimination based on gender, age, ethnicity, religion, disability, political view, or sexual orientation is prohibited.
2.4 Fair Treatment

Harassment, bullying, verbal or physical abuse, or any form of inhumane treatment is not accepted.
3. Health, Safety and Working Conditions

We are committed to providing a safe and hygienic working environment.

Adequate protective equipment, training, and procedures must be in place.

Workers must have access to clean water, sanitation, and suitable accommodation where provided.

Working hours must comply with Norwegian law
4. Compensation and Employment Terms

Wages must meet or exceed national legal standards and cover basic living needs.

Workers must receive written employment contracts in a language they understand.

Deductions from wages as disciplinary measures are not permitted.
5. Environmental Responsibility

All business activities should strive to reduce negative impact on the environment, including reducing greenhouse gas emissions, pollution, and waste.

Resource efficiency and respect for biodiversity are key priorities.

Compliance with environmental laws and relevant permits is mandatory.
6. Anti-Corruption and Integrity

We have zero tolerance for corruption, bribery, kickbacks, or any unethical advantage.

Gifts, hospitality or other benefits must never influence business decisions or compromise integrity.

Any suspected violation must be reported and will be investigated confidentially.
7. Data Protection and Confidentiality

We protect all sensitive data, including client, employee and business partner information, in compliance with GDPR and Norwegian privacy laws.

Confidential information shall not be disclosed without authorization.
8. Transparency and Accountability

DAP Solution maintains open communication and encourages stakeholders to report concerns without fear of retaliation.

All employees, suppliers, and partners must familiarize themselves with this Code of Conduct and act accordingly.
9. Implementation and Monitoring

This Code is part of our supplier evaluation process and is continuously monitored through audits, dialogue, and performance review.
